Parmiss Sehat is an Iranian-Canadian actor born and raised in Vancouver. A BFA graduate of The University of British Columbia and a Jessie Award winner, she has built a career across film, television, and stage that refuses to stay in one lane — from Shakespeare on the Bard on the Beach mainstage to leading roles in international features screening at festivals across continents.

Most recently she led Cast Aside the Clouds (2025), an international feature filmed in Athens, set in present-day Iran, directed by Mary Darling. The American tour had premieres in New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Washington D.C. She also does, per her own description, "totally normal and not weird at all clown videos" on Instagram.
